Nico van der Meulen Architects has designed thousands of buildings in 42 countries. Established 38 years ago, it’s almost always been involved in major residential buildings. But this really took off when Nico built his own home in the late 1980s, revealing new possibilities. His son Werner and daughter-in-law Margot are both in the business, with Werner already having designed some spectacular buildings.
