AS far as really friendly, positive and forward-thinking hunts go, the Vine and Craven is right up there. They hunt a vast country but it is, as are so many, self-limiting. The southernmost boundary runs pretty much along the A303 from Andover to Basingstoke. The northern end includes Marlborough and passes all the way along the Ridgeway to the A34 with Newbury very firmly rooted down the eastern edge.
