    MATERIALS

    Damaged garments of choice

    Scrap of denim or medium-weight cotton fabric: blue

    Stranded cotton: 1 skein each of pale blue, green, hot pink, light pink, red and white

    Embroidery hoop: 10cm diameter

    Lightweight iron-on stabiliser (optional)

    Basic embroidery kit

    STITCHES USED

    French Knot, Lazy daisy Stitch, Running Stitch, Satin Stitch, Stem Stitch, Straight Stitch, Whipstitch, Woven Wheel
