The online file syncing service, Dropbox, has introduced automated folders, which make it easier to keep your files in order. You can create automated folders from scratch or add automation functions to folders you’re already using. This will let you set them to automatically convert files to PDF, organise them into date-based folders and more.
One function – tagging – is only available on paid-for accounts, but everything else works with the 2GB free account..
