WHAT IS IT?

It’s a leafhopper, part of the true bugs order known as Hemiptera. It was discovered genus. So rare, in fact, that it’s been more than 50 years since an individual from that genus has been recorded, and that was in the Central African Republic. The discovery was published in the journal .
