Anage-old meme takes Jon Honeyball from the early years of the home computer back to horse-drawn carts

I don’t normally take much notice of the memes that clutter up Facebook and Twitter, but this one made me pause: 2022 and 1970 are as far apart as 1970 and 1918. Perhaps it’s because I so vividly remember 1970. I was six at the time, and can clearly picture the house my family lived in on Beehive Lane in Chelmsford. Yes, the amusement of a Honeyball living in Beehive Lane was not lost on my then schoolmates.
