Nicole Jackson is a young professional woman who rents her apartment in the inner-Sydney suburb of Glebe and works at the local Rozelle Neighbourhood Centre, a job she finds stimulating and satisfying. In the past 18 months, however, she has noticed one topic dominating the conversation whenever she catches up with her friends. She calls it ‘food insecurity’.
