Beast of burden

Years ago, the role of the contractor was quite simple. We bid for projects that were well planned and documented in a market which was often opened publicly. We were then simply required to build these projects.

Over time, improvements were made to the way we delivered these projects. Better methods of managing safety, environmental impacts and quality were developed. Continual improvements are being seen in these areas, which are well supported by emerging technology.
