REPLACING KTM 85 SX FORK SEALS

KTM 85’s have been upgraded and now run the WP AER43 fork. This fork houses the air chamber in the left leg which works as the spring and the dampening in the right leg. This means they are also a separate function fork. They are a simple fork to work with but if you are unfamiliar with their design then they may cause a few problems. So let’s run through a list of steps to get your fork seals changed.

1 REMOVE THE RUBBER

Lay the forks down on a clean work bench and remove the rubber cap
