    WALKING TOUR OF BAROLO, PIEDMONT, ITALY

    Take it easy on a relaxed, small-group tour that takes in some of Piedmont’s most beautiful scenery. Over five days, you’ll be discovering new areas in the region via some stunning hiking routes, and be rewarded with local food and wine. From the hills of the Monferrato, recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site for its unique vineyard landscape, to the quaint paths of Barolo, you’ll work up an appetite before enjoying wine tastings in family-run cellars. Foodie highlights include sampling fresh truffles in Alba – Piedmont’s unofficial culinary capital – while winery highlights include a visit to a family-run winery in the Alice Bel Colle region, producing dry, full-bodied barbera wines.
