Much of this is due to Jacob’s staunch refusal to compromise on anything - his idiosyncratic art that adorns many a fine band’s album cover, his commitment to finding cutting-edge new artists with his label, Deathwish Records, and, of course, the stunning music he’s made with Converge, Blood Moon and Wear Your Wounds.
