EVER since Christian Williams won the Welsh National with Potters Corner in 2019, it was evident he knew the time of day as a trainer. Not much has happened to dissuade us otherwise since, and his prowess with staying chasers was never better highlighted than in a half hour spell on Saturday afternoon.

It began when the mare Win My Wings galloped past Eclair Surf at the second-last to win the Vertem Eider Handicap
