Iron horse rides again

John Newman, a farmer and contractor with a property in Gowrie Junction, near Toowoomba in Queensland, was in the market for a Chamberlain tractor in 2017 when he stumbled upon the deal of a lifetime.

“The main thing I was looking around for was something with more power than my Chamberlain 9G – it ran about 60 horsepower [45kW] and I wanted something in the hundreds… something to tow a trailer around,” he says.
