Kitchens & Bathrooms Quarterly

THE WINNER IS …

The KBDi Designer Awards are a not-to-be-missed event in any kitchen or bathroom designer’s calendar. And for consumers looking to buy, update or renovate, this is a chance to not only celebrate amazing work, but also research styles and trends that will dominate the market in the future.

Among the 2021 award winners we’re seeing a real focus on nature. Stone and timber are heroes in many of these spaces, connecting the homeowners to the outdoors. Textured finishes are also proving popular, with both splashbacks and panelling enjoying treatments that encourage the homeowner to run their fingers over the material and enjoy the subtle friction. A soft, mature colour palette is being celebrated in many of these designs, allowing the owners to add their own personal touches to the space.

Whether setting the trends or enjoying a bold new stylistic direction, these winning bathrooms and kitchens share one thing in common: quality craftsmanship and expert design. These are the winners in 2021.
