Creativity runs in the family they say. But for EM Bespoke founder Emma Maclean, whose father was a design veteran at Hilton Hong Kong, success has been determined not only by her childhood environment, but also by her dedication, passion and vision.

For the past 10 years, she has worked her way up through senior positions at heavy-hitting firms known for their premium portfolios of luxury hotels and commercial spaces – including BLD, Steve Leung Design, and world-renowned hospitality powerhouse Hirsch Bedner Associates – before setting up her own discipline in 2018.
