Architect Milad Eshtiyaghi describes his Black House project, “This project is located in Santa Clara, New York. The client was very interested in black and asked us to design a house that had a sense of splendour, luxury and at the same time mystery. So we decided to consider black as the dominant colour of the house and design it by creating colour contrast in the interior.
