Blueberry & lemon croissant bake

Arguably, one of the best things about the holiday period is the fact that you can have elaborate, sweet breakfasts. This croissant bake is quick to prepare and also makes good use of any leftover croissants.

SERVES 6-8 PREP 12 mins plus at least 30 mins soaking COOK 40 mins EASY V

6 large croissants (leftover stale croissants work well)500g ready-made custard250ml whole milk150g lemon curd250g fresh or frozen blueberries (see tip below)icing sugar, to serve (optional)
