FROND MEMORIES
Modest plants are given a sophisticated look with a pot cover. Zingy stripes allow gorgeous leaf green to glow and the delicate pattern encourages a closer look.
SCUTTLE CUSHION
The jewel-like shades of this beetle make it a perfect centrepiece for your living space – match it with your room’s accent colours to bring it all together.
FOREVER LOVELY
Here’s a harmless way of capturing the stunning detail of a dragon y. It seems as if it’s pausing for a moment’s rest before silently gliding away.
FLIGHTS OF FANCY
These jungle creepers are a perfect spot for pretty creatures to hang out. Display by a window to catch the breeze or use as decor for a room with rainforest vibes.

NOTES
Blanket is worked in a corner-to-corner (c2c) construction, working blocks diagonally across each row. Each ‘block’ is made up of a ch3 and 3tr. Each ‘row’ is worked diagonally, starting with 1 block in the bottom right corner, increasing to 2 blocks in the next row, 3 blocks in the next row, and so on until 68 blocks have been worked. The Blanket continues without increasing for a further 11 rows and then is worked in decreasing rows back to 1 c2c block on the final row.
Change colour on the final yrh of st before the colour change is indicated. Do not carry your unused colours; leave them on the WS of your work ready to pick up again on the next row. You will need to wind off separate bobbins of each colour to use.
There is a Chart on page 93, which you will need to refer to when making the Blanket. Each small square represents 1 c2c block. Read all RS rows from the right and down to the left, and all WS rows from left and up to the right. The first few rows have been written out to guide you. You can find more details on this technique at www.gathered.how/c2c.
