he Yamaha YZ250 is one of the most versatile motorcycles on the planet. In 2004, the Yamaha YZ250 sent Chad Reed to the top of the AMA Supercross Championship. In 2005, Yamaha left the motor and changed from steel to the all-new alloy frame, and with updated KYB forks it has been the same platform since. Despite the new plastics in 2015, the 2005 and 2021 are the same bike.
