KTM’s 790 Adventure R is a beast. It’s arguably the most exciting, all-round capable adventure bike in this galaxy. Its low weight, cleverly balanced by the unusual Dakar-inspired tank design, coupled with high ground clearance, a firecracker of an engine and a suite of electronics, all help to put it somewhere no other manufacturer competes in the mid-capacity segment. On top of all that there’s the handling, which is so very dirtbikelike and one of the outstanding features of an already impressive bike.
