TOWERING ABOVE THE REST

Australasian studio Plus Architecture’s apartment and hotel tower in downtown Auckland, The Pacifica, opened its doors in September, almost five years after construction commenced. At 57 storeys (178 metres), the project is the country’s tallest residential building, currently providing 273 apartments, with a 35-suite boutique hotel and restaurant and café in the pipeline.
