The effervescence is fine and offers elegance as well as dynamism. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of fresh raspberry, fresh cassis and small notes of fresh lemon associated with small touches of fresh pear as well as discreet hints of fresh mandarin, a subtle hint of white flowers and an imperceptible hint of brioche (in the background). Good length.

Champagne Houssart – Brut Rosé
The nose is fruity, gourmand and offers a fine creaminess. It reveals notes of raspberry sorbet, fleshy strawberry and small notes of fleshy peach associated with subtle lemon hints as well as an imperceptible brioche hint. The palate is fruity, gourmande, juicy, elegant, beautifully structured, racy and offers a fine acidulous frame as well as a beautiful freshness. The effervescence is fine, dynamic and elegant. On the palate, this Champagne expresses notes of raspberry sorbet, juicy / ripe redcurrants and small notes of lemon associated with touches of lime, peach flowers as well as an imperceptible hint of apple (in the background). Good length. Presence of an imperceptible hint of almond on the aftertaste. A beautiful rosé Champagne !
