The nose is elegant, racy and offers concentration (full of finesse), power (well-built/dosed) and a very beautiful deepness (full of finesse). It reveals notes of kumquat, clementine fresh zests, small notes of small fruits associated with fine touches of zests, lychee, sugared pear, a very discreet hint of sweet spices and grey pepper (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced, elegant and offers a fine acidulous frame, juiciness as well as tension, harmony, suavity and dynamism. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crystallized lemon, fresh lychee, white fruits/ripe apple, small notes of juicy pear associated with small touches of quenette, a very discreet hint of papaya as well as an imperceptible hint of lime, a discreet hint of verbena and flowers.

Sauternes, Grand Cru Classé

The nose is fruity, fresh and offers deepness, elegance, a fine concentration and freshness. This wine should be decanted. It reveals notes of candied pear, candied mandarine, small notes of pineapple in syrup associated with a touch of quince, crushed apple as well as fine hints of honey, fresh almond and an imperceptible hint of vanilla. The palate is fruity, fresh and offers a beautiful balance, a beautiful definition, suavity, elegance, roundness as well as a certain aromatic purity, complexity, gourmandize and fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied quince, candied kumquat, small notes of crystallized mandarine associated with a touch of dry/crushed apricot as well as hints of pineapple in syrup, lychee as well as discreet hints of sugar rose petal, lemon flower, almond and an imperceptible hint of brioche (in the background). An imperceptible hint of verbena, honey and brioche in the aftertaste. Good length.

The nose is fruity and offers freshness, a small/very fine richness. It reveals notes of candied lemon, candied pear, small notes of zests associated with touches of kumquat as well as discreet hints of lemon flowers. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, well-balanced, racy and offers an acidulous frame, gourmandize, fat as well as a small concentration, a good balance, roundness, a fine grain and a fine unctuosity.
