Named Number 1 in the 20 Most Influential Cocktail Personalities in South Africa, Travis is a multiple award-winning bartender and has been on the competitive circuit for over 21 years, competing in flair and mixology competitions around the world. He holds the title of Diageo’s World Class Bartender of the Year 2018 and you might also recognise him as the resident Bartender on the BBC tv show First Dates South Africa. Travis is also the owner of The Perfect Serve and the Founder of the SA BAR Awards, of which he was voted Bartender of the Year by his peers in 2019. In the same year he won the inaugural Inverroche Pioneers Cocktail Competition and the opportunity to produce his own Gin line, produced by Inverroche.
