Within my first 30 minutes with this game I’d punched the living coconuts out of a tree, nearly been killed by a rat the size of a mini fridge, repeatedly smacked a giant crab with a stick, and eaten my own weight in berries. One thing this isn’t, is forgettable.

Casually browse the website and Steam page for, and you’d be forgiven for thinking that this is a game full of huge enemies, naval exploration, world shaping, and customization. While all of those things present, none of them are easily accessible. This is first and foremost a survival game, and you need to work for everything that’s on offer.
