CES kicked us off in early January for another year of cool tech and as usual there was plenty of announcements and interesting products on show. Here are some of the highlights that piqued my interest.
AMD
AMD was the first cab off the rank and boy did it deliver. First up was the announcement of its new Ryzen 6000 series mobile processors, which finally ditch the ageing Vega graphics architecture for RDNA2 as is found in the latest graphics cards and consoles. As a result, AMD is claiming an easy 2x increase in IGP performance with games and 1.3x performance for CPU
