FORD CORTINA MK3 PROJECT PART 7

Our initial inspection of the Cortina had flagged up that fibreglass had been used to repair the spare wheel well in the boot. This looked reasonably solid, but there was no way of knowing what horrors it was covering. It also clearly detracted from the overall impression the car made and so was always on our list of jobs to do. However, we were surprised at just how quickly this relatively minor repair turned into a major hole.
