IN THE “WOMEN’S 150” issue of Pro Wrestling Illustrated, Editor-in-Chief Kevin McElvaney explained how hard it was to rank the very top of the list—specifically, the top two positions, where the accolades of both Bianca Belair and Utami Hayashishita were really split so finely down the middle.

Though Belair eventually won the vote and topped the list, it was agreed that not only did Hayashishita have what many considered to be the greatest World of Stardom title reign ever, but that she also had a knack for drawing new fans to the promotion.
