While virtual tours, videos and magazine reviews are a great place to start, inspecting motorhomes in the metal, so to speak, is important. Visit dealers and/or head to a show where there will be a range of models to view. Then check the washrooms (stand in the shower, sit on the loo), lay on beds, check the storage, etc, and understand just what you get in certain models and layouts.
