My project

After a few days when camping off-grid, the cassette toilet can become a bit whiffy. My motorhome (an Auto-Trail V-Line) has a Thetford C260 cassette toilet. What was needed was some means of venting the cassette to the outside.

There are several toilet extractor fan systems, but the C260 is already prepared for the fitting of an optional Thetford electric ventilator kit. Furthermore, the Thetford system vented through the floor, rather than spoiling its appearance by having a vent through the side wall. Therefore, that seemed a best option for my ’van.
