Master Accessibility on Mac

On the previous pages, we showed you how the Mac’s Accessibility features can help if you have difficulty with your vision. However, there’s much more to Accessibility than that. On this page and the next, we’ll show you how to use its settings to help you if your hearing or motor functions are impaired.

Hearing controls

As with controls to control text, display, and VoiceOver, hearing controls are in System Preferences > Accessibility. There are three groups of settings in the Hearing section – Audio, RTT, and Captions.
