Many poems are autobiographical. We write about memories of events from time past, childhood thrills and traumas, our schooldays, holidays, playtime, families – but our reading patterns may remain an untapped resource. Favourite books can trigger fascinating poems, as poet Rhiannon Lewis shows in Teatime Is All The Time.
