    If you are looking for the best sounding sub-£1000 floorstanders then Dali’s excellent Oberon 5s simply have to be on your shortlist. Along with the Triangle Borea BR08s that we cover next, these compact and undemanding Danish towers set the standard at this level.

    These are well built, beautifully balanced speakers that, over the years, have trumped pretty much every rival that has got in their way.
