Depending on which Baja feature in this issue you read first, you may already know a little bit of information about this car from the other one. If you’re reading this one first, the story is that Spike a.k.a. Andy Finch, along with Mike Downham, had a plan to import a couple of old school Baja Bugs from California for some good cheap fun.
