I was born and raised practically surrounded by Roma fans – playing for the team of your heart is a dream come true.

You started your career playing alongside Roma legend Francesco Totti. How did you find that experience?

Totti was an idol; a reference; a person you aspired to be like every day. Playing alongside him was both challenging and exciting, and the relationship between us has developed to the extent that we’ve become good friends who always want each other to do well. This is the most important thing.
