Cork officials: ‘Was this the ONLY open show in Ireland in 2021?’

OWING to Covid-19 restrictions, Cork Show Bird Society had talks with the North Monastery Secondary school with the view to holding its 95th annual show on November 6-7 2021, and much to officials’ delight the school were glad to have the club back once again.

Although at short notice, the society held the only open show in Ireland in 2021 which was a great success. The school proved to be an excellent venue again with plenty of natural light for judging, catering facilities and ample parking.

CSBS would like to thank the management and staff of North Monastery school for the use of this excellent facility for staging the annual show. The show was very successful due to the commitment from members and stewards who helped with the show.
