elcome to this very special issue of BBC Good Food, which I’ve been invited to guest-edit this month. You may know me from recent BBC shows such and , and from the , which I won in 2015. In this edition, you’ll find some of my favourite things to cook, foodie authors to read and follow, and the subjects I’m most enthusiastic about. It’s been an honour to work closely with the Good Food team, from developing exclusive recipes (see my sweet and savoury bakes on page 31) to commissioning recipe writers, stylists and photographers – I hope you love Rosie Mackean’s midweek pasta dishes on page 46 as much as I do.
