elcome to this very special issue of BBC Good Food, which I’ve been invited to guest-edit this month. You may know me from recent BBC shows such and , and from the , which I won in 2015. In this edition, you’ll find some of my favourite things to cook, foodie authors to read and follow, and the subjects I’m most enthusiastic about.
