The successful North American bid to hold the 2026 World Cup across three countries will see Canada host the men’s tournament for the first time.
The 23rd edition of football’s global gathering will span the continent, including cities in Mexico and the United States as well as Canada, with the three nations expected to qualify automatically as hosts for what will be the first 48-team tournament.
