ULEZ conversion practicality?

Q Firstly, thank you for producing such a fantastic magazine, I always look forward to your next issue and reading about some more of your travels, once Covid restrictions fully allow. I have a technical question that could even be a feature. I have a diesel 2007 Jaguar X-TYPE and I wonder how someone would go about making it compliant for Ultra Low Emission Zones (ULEZs) such as the one coming into force in Bristol this year. I know that companies exist for fitting electric motors to older cars, but these tend to be very expensive but do companies exist for replacing the diesel engines with a newer version?
