Cockwells expansion over the past decade or so has been truly remarkable. Having employed around a dozen people in 2010, the company now has more than 100 on its payroll (including 15 apprentices and trainees), is operating on three different sites, and has four distinct and established product groups: Duchy motor launches, Hardy motor yachts, superyacht tenders and general refit work.
