A6 NORTHERN IRELAND

Clocking in at just over 70 miles in length, Northern Ireland’s A6 forms a connection between the two largest cities in the province, Belfast and Derry/Londonderry.

Like its namesake in England, it has been partially superseded by motorways in recent years. But if you stick to it all the way, you are likely to find more places to pull over, because the route provides plenty of substantial laybys.
