When Kelly Wearstler designed the Santa Monica Proper Hotel, she had an eye on reviving the neighbourhood. The visionary designer has designed over 200 mood-boosting vintage-inspired rooms, suites, public spaces, a spa, an indoor-outdoor rooftop bar, a pool deck and bistro-all of which optimise the city’s sights and sounds-and ocean breeze.
