In Hong Kong, , the first international museum devoted to postwar art, design, and visual culture from Asia, was preparing to open its doors when, in mid-March, lawmakers questioned the territory’s chief executive, Carrie Lam, about whether the museum who defended M+ in the press, resigned along with two others from the HKADC in August, citing his personal safety after a state-controlled newspaper stalked and published attacks against him.
