New bridge installed on Highland Main Line
IN SPITE of the effects of Storm Arwen, Network Rail has successfully demolished and replaced a Victorian bridge at Lynebeg with a 660-ton twin-track concrete box structure during a 78-hour possession. The new bridge is connected with preparatory work for dualling the A9 road between Tomatin and Moy.
