LGBTQI folk are logging back into Tumblr to reminisce on their younger queer joy

The internet is critical in community formation for LGBTQI people. One 2009 study found that 70% of LGBTQI adults reported that the internet was their “primary means of information-seeking during sexual identity exploration”, and many note that the internet was fundamental in allowing them to connect with their sexual identity.
