hile knives and knifemakers are the main fuel that powers knife shows, it’s the makers and other knife professionals and enthusiasts who generate the news, blade tales of yore and other tidbits—most cutter related though some not—that make the job of your well-weathered scribe so much fun and so much easier. So it was at the recent BLADE Show West (page 12) in Long Beach, California.
