LOCAL HEROES: LUCY PINTO AT THEBOX

MOVEMENT FOR THE MIND AND BODY.

TheBox is Brighton’s first boxing-inspired fitness studio – they don’t just box, they lift, jump and flow too. But more than that, they have empowered the young and the most vulnerable of our city with an awe-inspiring attitude to fitness and independence.

TheBox was founded in 2018 by Lucy Pinto, fitness trainer and creative director of the fitness studio.
