Can I get smart lights that actually look good?

A Guru happens to quite like the rainbow vomit look, but he suspects you’re seeking a more classy output – and potentially a classy look while the light is off, too. As you’ve probably worked out, the choice of colour and brightness is entirely up to you, and available whatever lighting solution you choose – though some, like Hue White and Colour Ambiance LED Smart Lightstrip (£70) include extra LEDs to give you more control over the white end of things.

Sticking some LED strips under your kitchen cabinets and opting for a white on the warmer side of the (from £3 per metre) to break up the points of light.
