THE current disruption in the Australian and world economy has highlighted an urgent need for an independent industry association supporting the entire gamut of flight training from the most foundational to the most sophisticated, including aero clubs, small and large flight training organisations, simulation centres, and the check-and-training departments of charter operators through to regular public transport providers.
