The Heart of Disunity

In the article “The State of Unity” (Australian Flying Nov-Dec 2021), the argument was put that people with various ideas were confusing the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA). As a result, CASA was unwilling to progress changes if the industry were not united. If CASA is confused, there is something wrong with CASA.
